# Rising 30: The Renaissance Continues

Rising 30 is a year-round mindful leadership and development platform for young Afro-Caribbean talent in the Netherlands. It is an initiative of Pause 4 Peace Foundation, founded by Regisha Rijkaard.

## Who it is for
Young people, primarily under thirty, connected to the Afro-Caribbean diaspora and the Netherlands who are studying, working, or building, and ready for their next step. The platform works from an inclusive approach.

## The program
- A four-day Mindful Leadership Camp
- An intensive development period with a personal growth and development plan
- Coaching and masterclasses
- An international leadership experience in Europe
- Access to mentors and networks

## 30 Under 30: Spotlight Brunch
A recognition moment during Black Achievement Month where remarkable young talent is celebrated. The launch edition takes place on Sunday, 11 October 2026 at Soho House Amsterdam. You can nominate yourself or someone else.
